Kimya Dawson was going to play in Portland today. Due to illness, she had to cancel the show. My family and I were pretty bummed. I made this drawing of her last weekend for fun. If you have the opportunity, you should check out her music. It's really, really good!

Old sofa

We have a 100 year old sofa that actually came from a funeral home. Despite that fact, it is rather cheerful with a bird motif in the middle. Here's a sketch of it that I did the other night.

New Episode 3 art

Here is some new art for episode 3. Probably will be a musical break in between segments. The brown on the guitars is actually New Mexican chili powder mixed with water. I like to paint with food; cheap, nice pigments.

Fish Revival

A few months ago I shot a promo for Tualatin Valley Public Television
here in Beaverton using a song and a puppet that I made. I got an email today from the station requesting another episode. 
I should probably start getting something together. 
I think I'll keep them short at 5 to 10 minutes long. 
They take a long time to edit!
